Machik Labdron was a female Tibetan philosopher-adept who is best known for her articulation and codification of the philosophy and praxis of Chod. Chod is a practice grounded in the Prajñāpāramitāsūtra directed toward cutting through ego-clinging and erroneous patterns of thinking.
