Notes

Front left-side note: dbang chog Back left-side note: gter mdzod bdud 'dul gro lod Authorship related notes: TBRC suggests that pad+ma gar dbang bde ba'i rdo rje is likely the 15th Karmapa mkha' khyab rdo rje. However, Schwieger's catalog has this as a pen name of Kongtrul. I'm following the latter explanation, as the vast majority of the empowerments in the RTZ are written by Kongtrul, and I found several instances of this name being used in works that were either obviously by Kongtrul or were written at Tsadra Rinchen Drak and other such locations fitting with his writing activities.
